Booked a car with prior payment before 10 days of travel.
My travel date was on 26th Feb 2022, at 1:30PM. Till 12pm there is no info of the car neither customer care is responding. Finally I tried for 40 mins and got connected.
Easily i got updated that my DL is not verified.
But my DL and profile is updated and already I had taken 5-6 bookings before also. And also booking will not be possible if DL is not uploaded either there was no update in the app. After telling all this, executive starts telling the mail ID is wrong, profile is wrong, phone no. itself is wrong. And all this at the moment of picking up my car and my travel plan.
I need my refund amount back and time loss compensation of double the amount I have paid to them.
I have seen most of the cases are same here and feeling the company is turned to fraudster.
I request to take immediate action on this zoom car and stop thier activities before others get fooled of this.
Police complaint will be filled against this for sure.
