Hi,
On call to customer care they told that there is no problem with my dl and it is not blacklisted.
The booking was cancelled due to multiple accounts.
I don't understand why you have cancelled my booking without informing me.I just have one booking account you can check on your end and also my Dl does not have any issues
Also not allowing to rebook stating blacklisted.Already tired speaking to their customer care..no communication no follow up no higher up..
