I had made a booking for 12th Dec 2021 from 8am to 11.30pm of a Renault Kwid. The payment also had been processed and I have received the confirmation email fom Razorpay.
However no booking is reflecting in my account.
The booking was made on 9th Dec 2021. As per the Zoomcar policy, they ask the customer to wait for 30min after payment processing has been completed. However, in my case, it has already been almost 12 hours and I don't find any booking confirmed.
I had tried to reach out to their customer care but it is completely useless since they are not allowing any customer to speak to a customer care executive unless he has a confirmed booking. This to me is a customer harassment rather than customer care.
