Hi Team,
I have book the XUV 500 on 2 April 2023 car brokedown on the way (clutch burnout) I was with my family and small 2 month old kid, I immediately call zoom car customer care support they took my complain but no response was provided in 30min to one hour turn around time even no one called me from zoom car support to address the issue I was in remote jungle ghats area approx 30 km from Indore
This was a very risk journey and zoom car did not supported at all they kept on saying that wait for 10 min with this I have waited for almost, 3 hours with no responsibility and resolutions
I can see the car trip is still ongoing after mailing the images of the car and asked support to close the trip from backend I am.getting extra charges
I have to bear huge loss for using zoom cars
This was very very tasteless experience
I have mentioned the booking details
I need my full refund for this trip this was the issue from zoom car side and they did not supported.
