This is regarding a refund which was supposed to be done in May 12 1:55pm the cancellation transaction was initiated since the booking was fully refundable the amount was expected to be refunded as is its been 5 months since there has been no sign of refund and there has not been any response from the company the customer care does not respond, or responds that the refund will be done but there is no sign of refund the amount of time and energy we have spent on getting the refund is exhausting and frustrating.
