Dear Zoomcar Team,
i recently rented a car from you in Pune (Booking id: JPSN7CRX5) and my experience was not good .
There were multiple problems with the car
1. Car was dirty when it was delivered and i uploaded the photos as well.
2. fast-tag was not working at the toll (message was coming as Insufficient balance)
3. Car had engine noise a lot which gotten worse when ac was switched on.
I am just thankful that car did not broke down especially on my trip to lonavala.
4. Although the car had odometer reading of 25k, i believe it has been driven much more than that .
After returning the car, i see an outstanding additional charges of Rs.1231 which is surprising . If you verify the fuel photos at the start of the trip and end of the trip, you will see that fuel level is same as it was at the time of delivery. i dont understand why these additional charges exist.
I have submitted customer support request (thrice already thru ur app) but havent got a call yet.
Could you please review and remove these additional charges ? Many thanks.
