The car got broke down as the owner had a faulty battery installed. I had a word with Zoom Car customer support, they told me to raise a ticket. I have raised multiple times but still didn't received any response from them. The owner said he takes full responsibility for the car and will talk to zoom car.
There is no way to connect with Zoomcar since they have not registered my email id and are asking me to update it on my end. I have tried multiple times but it never gets updated. Pathetic services. I won't be surprised if this company shuts down since I have seen only negative reviews.
