I had done the booking for 1 day rental car and here is the details:
1. The app shows the car location incorrectly and i had to hire cab for 15kms to pick the car.
2. The checklist was not getting updated due to security issue in uploading the odometer reading..so took help from customer care to start the trip. (please check case history).
3. Dropped the car at pickup location before 4 hrs. and was unable to end trip again due to app security issues in uploading files. so customer care helped me out to end the trip.
4. I see next day the refueling charges 300+ is applied so i requested the customer care to consider waiving off the fuel charges since i travelled 30Km by cab for pickup/drop.
5. Meanwhile as the ticket was in progress and discussions are on a hefty 4000+ penalty is added in my account and suddenly iam getting multiple emails and phone calls to clear the due ..or we will take strict action against you and threatening with adhaar card, licence and photos is being circulated in whatsapp...
Iam being charged now 4k for 4hrs of rental car experience.. i have agreed to pay the refueling charges but the late fees is a unacceptable amount.. Customer service not ready to listen or understand what we try to tell them to come to an agreement. Was this information helpful? |
