Today at first I booked a Hyundai Eon and after the payment the booking did not get confirmed but my payment got debited from my account, and after that I again booked the same car from the 04:00 pm to 11:30pm and again paid the money and booking got confirmed. After that I reached the car's location but where the car was parked the gate of the garage was locked and after I called the car's owner he refused to handover me the key of the car and ended the call. I want both of the payments to be refunded.
I am attaching both of the screenshots below. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and refund the amount as soon as possible.
