Date of booking: 5th Dec to 6th Dec
1) Zoom delivered a car with expired insurance.
2) I contacted the delivery agent and zoom customer care, asking for a replacement of vehicle as I nobody wants to travel in a car outstation without insurance.
3) Zoom goofed up saying they have renewed insurance and will send across to me.
On repeated calling, they said they had some server issue so there will be delay in response.
4) I lost 3 - 4 hrs in contacting zoom on this and was also fined by cop for not having valid insurance
5) Finally, I was told by zoom delivery agent not to travel to destination I wanted as insurance had lapsed
It is highly unprofessional of zoomcar to take insurance for granted and passing the tension to customer and not providing replacement even on reporting the incident.
Issue 1:
I want you to take action on this inappropriate handling and also provide a complete refund of my booking as I couldn't travel to the destination for which I had booked and had to spend hours on road within Mysore city contacting zoom customer care.
Issue 2: You have not yet released my paytm amount which was on hold for FastTag. 3 days after booking is completed, still amount is on hold Was this information helpful? |
