This is Piyush - Father of Jeel.
My daughter has booked Zoomcar for her Goa Tour - for today i.e.[protected] at 6 am.
The booking is not honoured yet.
The concerned parties - Host as well as Zoomcar - are not reachable, for all these hours.

The Host is not reachable / not responding over all the possible channels like GSM Call, Zoom Chat, WhatApp Chat, WhatApp Call, SMS.
The support number of Zoomcar is not reachable.
The support chat is based on standard FAQ and not having human touch. Not of any help.
It is ridiculous to see the unprofessional and non-customer friendly responses from a company like yours.
I am totally disappointed to note, my daughter's very first experience with Zoomcar has turned out to be ridiculous, embarrassing and highly unprofessional.
