Zoomcar — Booking refund issue | |||
Hi Team, i have booked a self driven car from zoomcar on 26th sep and returned it on 27th sep. As provided in the refund for the security i should get a refund of rs.2183. Its been more than 30days now and i haven't receive any refund. I am unable to call the customer care until i have an active booking. This is a pathetic service. I have to pay my bills which has delayed due to the refund. I am very unhappy with zoom car. Was this information helpful? | |||
