We have had a horrible start to our holiday thanks to Zoomcar. There are three points here. First, we have been delivered a car (Tata Hexa) with a broken speedometer, and it is fixed at 110 even when the car is not moving. This is absolutely not acceptable as we will never know if we are overspeeding and the fine and surcharges are another issue.
Second, whenever we have tried to call Zoomcar, the agents and the customer service have either outright rejected our calls or cut the call or sent us to different agents. It’s been a circus and it has been very frustrating. Third, the car was dirty! There was dust and a layer of dirt on the windows, doors and the car floor has sand. They have taken full payment and not taking our calls. This is absolutely not expected from Zoomcar, and unfortunately, we have to deal with this mess. If I could give less than zero rating I would.
