I booked an Ertiga car from Zoomcar in coimbatore for a period of three days from 10 aug 4 pm to 13 aug 11 pm and made a complete payment upfront of 11877 . I was getting messages from Zoomcar about the car till 3 pm on 10 aug, and they were requesting me for extension also . However when I reached the pick up site I could only then contact the Zoomcar owner of the car, and he very carelessly said that his car was not available . I was in an unknown city, I took a cab to reach the spot where I was to collect the car . And at 5.30 pm, I get a message ge from Zoomcar that owner has cancelled the car and I can choose another car . Another car was not even available the same day ad it was charging 19000 plus . I got stuck and had to pay for my stay and another car from onroadzs for an amount of 15500 . I was told that I would get a refund within 3 days . However even after 18 days I am still waiting for my refund . If this is the way a brand like zoom car treats the tourists, how will tourism flourish in our country . Zoom car should pay compensation for mental harassment and the delay in paying the refund .
