I had cancelled my booking on 19th may 2020, booking i'd: jps6nkw35. Since then the refund amount of rs. 19, 021 has been pending and every time i called them i got the same reason that "due to covid19 situation they are facing some internal systems issue", which is just a deceptive reason they are giving. Now their customer care number is also not working and i have submitted multiple complaints via the app but to no use. It is already been 4 months now, but i did not receive my refund yet. They are just keeping me in hold for the past 4 months saying it will take a week to resolve and someone will call back, but no viable or satisfactory resolution at all. Highly disappointed with the company whose service i have been utilizing for the past 5 years. Losing my trust in the company for any future bookings. Please help to cascade the same.
