This is to inform you that Ertiga car which was booked for 25th Dec-27th Dec from Coimbatore to Kodaikanal did not show up. We had made the entire payment of INR 8947 for this booking. In the app there were options for alternative booking while no SUVs were available due to which we could not choose any other car for our journey. The booking ID is as stated in the trailing e-mail below (i.e., JPSSCC95C).
It is disappointing that we were not informed of the cancellation of the car neither any of your helpline numbers available in the app or Google works.
This is unacceptable and had to undergo a lot of trouble to find an alternative as at the end moment we were unable to find any other option.
This apart, the only option available is to choose an alternative car. We are unable to find an option to cancel and for refund of the payment made by us. This is has caused us irreparable damage and mental agony.
We are also attaching the screenshot of our booking page from the Zoom App for your reference.
Kindly initiate the refund process and compensate us for loss caused to us.
Please note that we would be escalating this matter further for this unprofessional behaviour.
