Zoomcar — Car booking cancelled and payment not refunded

I had made a booking on 23 December 2022 for Ertiga MT (petrol) for a trip from 25 December 2022 to 27 December 2022. On 24 December 2022 we found out that the host had cancelled our booking. We didn’t get any message or mail or notification in this regard. And it’s been over a month, we haven’t received the payment as well. Our booking ID is JPSNCC95C. Request you to initiate the refund or else I would be forced to take legal actions as this is just unacceptable. Moreover, there is no customer care or support person we can speak to. This is the worst app and the service is horrible. I will never recommend this to anyone.
