Zoomcar — Car damaged completely need to repair as new

M y car number KA MP 51 8189, I had issue with booking number JPSN7Q50J and customer name HARSH GOURISARIA, he took the car on 6th may 2022 Friday he used to drop on same day 11:30 pm today 11th may 2022 go car today morning in my location after several follow ups with customer care.
Even zoom car customer care people don’t know car dropped my location and its still showing live as it is home delivery booking actually the local zoomcar hub people need to drop by filling checklist to my location.
It almost 11 days since from 1st may I haven’t seen my car in my location after served so many home delivery bookings. When I contacted local zoom car hub guys they are telling reason they don’t have sufficient staff to allocate to drop your location and will be served for next booking from the location where customer dropped. End of the day I could’t able to fill the booking end cheklist or start.
Each payment I get charged penalty of minimum 800rs to 1000rs fuel penalty unneccessorily. After raising ticket in host and support also I don’t get refund. Even I will get penalty for toll charge which is used by customer, I raised so many tickets and contacted customer care there is no use.
Let me come to actual sevior topic, when I found my car after this booking with Mr Harsh Gourisaria my car completely damaged, first thing my car is not starting, next my sun visor pads broken, clutch and brake pads are gone, used weed inside the car they burnt my car bottle holder with cigerattes and the wind valve broken, car bonnet had dent and rusted, my driver side door beeding came out because of big dent and my car is not in serving condition.
I called customer care and reported twice then also they are telling I have to wait till 48hrs, from my location your hub is only 2kms cant they inspect in an hour and send it to repair.
Since from Nov 25th I am your loyal customer, never this big damage is happened, I want everything is must get to clear on urgent basis because my car has 90 5* rating till now, I will get more bookings. If you delayed to shedule for service or repair I could not able to serve customers, never I got any down time payment yet when you guys taken my car for service.
Its has to happen immediately please find my tickets 898734, 854249, 817076
