I have booked a car in Zoomcar on 19 May with booking ID JPSNC0VGZ. (KWID 4948).
I reached the pick up place and tried to locate the car. Car was not there. Then I called the host. He didn't answer my call. Then I called the Zoomcar helpline. A lady picked up the call and said that the car is in some other place and rudely said that I have to go to the new location and collect the car. I have planned everything for the weekend and then the lady asked me to go to some other place and collect the car else she will cancel the booking. Reckless behaviour from Zoomcar folks. I don't want to spoil my weekend. With no option I took my own transport and navigated to the new place. Car is located at the place. Car is very dirty and untidy. Back glass is broken and a lot of scratches and dents are on the car. When I contacted the zoomcar helpline, a new lady asked me to clean the car and use it. I had no option. I have to take the car as it's already late. When I tried to unlock the car it was not getting unlocked. When I tried to contact zoomcar, the helpline call was not getting connected as I seem to have crossed max no of times to connect to zoomcar.
I wrote couple of mails to zoomcar and they said they will get back to me in 48 hrs and its been 11 days and there is no response from them. Was this information helpful? |
