This is to inform you about the extremely horrible experience with me after I opted to choose your service.

Had booked a car on 19-02-22 morning for 18 hours. Our destination was Partner, Ahmednagar. After which we had to reach Mumbai.
After making 100% advanced payment and picking a car. We did all the procedural work and then we tanked full petrol in the car. After about half an hour the car was broken down in Lonavala hills. We tried to contact you several times but we got no help nor any clear instructions. Where we had to take the car to the local mechanic shop. After wasting our 2 hours, our journey had been delayed. Then after resuming the journey the vehicle again got broke down in Rajgurunagar, Chakan. Where again we tried to contact you for about 1 hour continuously. Yet again we got nothing. We had to pay the money to the local mechanic again to get the car working. Unfortunately due to this much delay, we were forced to cancel our journey.
This is such a low-class act from you guys. Kindly make me reimbursement of the amount I used to make the car work. Please also note that plenty of petrol (fuel) was left in the car when we dropped the car. Please also adjust the refund for that.
Kindly get this procedure done as soon as possible because I need to get this money on priority.
