My Zoomcar customer ID- [protected]
Zoom car delivered the car - Ford freestyle at my door step on 19.09.2021 at 7.30am in dirty condition. As we had to go for a family function there was no other option but to accept the car in dirty condition. I took the car to a nearby petrol pump and filled diesel. After filling diesel I was igniting the engine but the key means remote got de-attached from the metal key. While observing inside the remote key I found the key was already in crack condition prior to my usage and hence when I want to start the car, it broke immediately. I faced huge inconvenience to start the vehicle and immediately informed Zoom customer care about this incident and told them to register a complaint. With their guidance I started the vehicle and brought back the car to my society and parked safely and told Zoom to take back car. I couldn’t able to attend my family function. I told them to refund my money. But surprisingly there is no such provision to register the claim on Zoom portal. This is a serious offence.
Today I am surprised to hear from Zoom to pay Rs.4000 additional beyond the Rs.1439 which I have paid to the online.
