I had booked a Swift ZXI+ automatic car from zoomcar on 19th of march, 2022 for a trip to be started at 7:00am on 19th march 2022. When i woke up at 5:30am on the day of trip and checked the status of my booking i noticed that my vehicle was replaced by some manual car (i specifically needed an automatic transmission car as i dont have enough experience with manual transmission cars and i dont feel comfortable in driving those) i was then contacted by the delivery agent who wanted to me take the delivery of the manual vehicle which i obviously denied and to that i was replied that another vehicle is being arranged. After that i was never called by any customer care employee to address my issue and whenever i tried to contact i was put on hold for more than 20mins and then disconnected eventually. Till date i.e 22nd March 2022, my issue has not been resolved, i have contacted the customer care support via phone as well as emailed them through the app but still no reply. Moreover the vehicle was never delivered to me and no other option was given to me .Please help me to get a solution for this.
