Booked a zoom car on 21st 10:00 AM for 2:00P.M same day at Noida. The car booked was a tata Tiago MT Petrol. When we arrived at the pick up location, there was no car present and when trying to contact zoom car support there was no response from their end with the call being kept on waiting for almost 40 minutes.
Later when trying to contact them through multiple avenues of mail and call, there was no revert from their end still. It has been more than a month now without any response from their end and there has been no resolution.
Zoom car has just processed a refund of 255 rupees saying the booking has been cancelled.
I would highly request them to please look into this issue at the earliest and provide a complete refund for the same.
