Zoomcar — Car not available at the location

I have booked a rental car through zoom car app from 10 december -19 december. When i reached the location, i did not find the car. I tried to contact customer care multiple times but no one is picking up the call. I have send the mail also to [protected]@zoomcar.Com but no help received from their. I am not able to cancel the trip through app as well. Booking id : jpsnccb93 booking amount: 15830
