Zoomcar — Car not provided and not refunding the full amount paid

I had booked Zoomcar for the 13th of August and was asked to pick it up by 8:30 am. On reaching, I was told the vehicle has alignment issues and can’t be given. I tried reaching Zoomcar customer care but due to ping waiting for queue and preplanned travel couldn’t connect. But I managed to raise a complaint in between via Zoomcar App help. When asked about the prepayment return (I had paid the full amount), I was just given Rs. 200. I tried to explain everything again, but Zoomcar couldn’t do a primary investigation. The owner has turned out to be a fraud as he is denying my visit now. Any security check can reveal my presence and be proof. How is Zoomcar verifying the credibility of car owners and how should we trust the services? Isn’t it Zoomcar responsibility to ensure the car is ready and handed over to me at the specified time? I also didn’t receive any email checking if I had received the service. I now feel It could be a combined deal between the zoom car and the host where the money can be received without any services.

I have proof that I have raised a ticket for the non-availability of the car within the specified pick-up time however Zoomcar not refunding the amount paid to them in advance.
