Zoomcar — Car owner cancelled the booking and cancellation refund came for me | |||
Hi team, The car owner cancelled the car handing over and made us cancel the booking and zoomcar put a cancellation fee of Rs.9000 which we didn't want because we were looking for an alternative car only but the cost was not affordable for us. So I wanted to cancel and I need my full refund back. It's very bad service This is the second time it has happened with Zoomcar and the car owner refused to give us the car after we booked it from your app. I have also attached the car owner chat which he wants to cancel which we booked it Was this information helpful? | |||
