Hi Team,
We went to pick the vehicle on 26th Jan and it was not in condition to run for the trip planned. Due to which we dropped the car at the parking. The vehicle was not even used for a kilometre. Request for a full refund of the amount.
The owner is aware and during this period when I spoke to the customer care they said, I will be able to create a ticket for refund, that's not happening either. The amount for rental is 7614.
We were to start our journey by 7 and due to this car issue we had to travel back and only could start by 12, loosing us time and 2 cab fares.
