Hi Team,
We went to pick the vehicle on 26th Jan and it was not in condition to run for the trip planned. Due to which we dropped the car at the parking. The vehicle was not even used for a kilometre. Request for a full refund of the amount.
The owner is aware and during this period when I spoke to the customer care they said, I will be able to create a ticket for refund, that's not happening either.
Car costed us 7614, we were supposed to start at 7 but due to this mishap we had also lost time and 2 cab fares too.
