We pre-booked a car from Mumbai for 23rd Dec, 2022 8:00 am. We already paid Rs 6, 000. We went to the pickup location searched for more than an hour, there was no car and then we found the owner's apartment. She said that the car is not available and the battery is down.
We then called the customer support but they kept saying that car will be there and was not providing any solution.
Again we went to the owner and they checked the app from their side after that only car was made unavailable on the app.
Now they are not even giving us any refund saying that the trip has started and they are not even providing any alternative car in the vicinity that is available.
