I booked a mahindra thar on zoomcar from 21th february to 26th february, booking id: jpsnc87n7. After reaching a car location with my family, i couldn't find the car, so i called the customer care, they said the car is not available at the moment, asked to choose another car, i paid for mahindra thar, please find the attachment, i attached the screenshot, while booking the car. It was midnight at 12 am, we and the baby were left in the street, being paid for the car. So we chose a maruti s-cross and started the trip. While adding a promo code, the flash tab came saying the "you got rupees 2084 off. Cashback worth rupees 2640 will be added to your zoom wallet post booking completion", please refer to the attachment. While i raised a ticket for the cashback, they are simply asking me for time to resolve the issue and said the concern team will call me regarding this issue. But no one called me. Finally they asked me for the promocode which i applied for this booking and its terms, how can i take all these things while booking a car. So i asked for the booking details, there i will get the promo code details but i didn't get a reply from them. I need the cashback of rupees 2640 as committed.
