Zoomcar — Challan refund issue

I am a zoom car host. My two cars are running under zoomcar but recently for the past few days i have receiving challans for my car for over speed during the booking days 5 months ago. That means while the customer was driving, i got 3 challans for 1500 rs each so total 4500rs.. i dont know how much more to come. When i informed zoomcar they are denying to refund the money. I mean how is this even fair!? i have given all proof and still they are saying i have to inform within 48 hrs. But the govt only send me the challan now. Then how can they expect me to inform earlier when i also didn't know. These all doesn't make sense. Please try and resolve it.
