I had booked a petrol automatic prepaying 13k, but when I found the car, it was manual cng. More so there was no key inside as suggested on the app. There was no one to help, no zoomcar customer support. After wasting 1 hour trying everything, i left l. I could not even cancel my booking through the app.
As you know, there is no customer support of zoomcar. I am just getting automated replies saying it was no show and there is no refund. I have emailed them 100 times and same response everytime.
Please help with this fraud. Frankly zoomcar has created a fraud money making scheme. List that car, ask for prepayment and just dont provide any support and then no refund for no show.
