[Resolved] Zoomcar — charging me an extra money | |||||
I have taken e2o plus from zoomcar there was a techinical issue with their app while iam picking up the car and my internet is not working too at their location, i have noticed a damage on the rear bumper before starting the trip so there was a guy named hard babu one of their fleet assocate he started the trip without entering details of the start odo meter readings and handovered the car to me and finally i have returned the car he was not available there the thing is we haven't took any proof of that damage before so we didn't spoke much and the other guy (Claming himself as team leader) confirmed with the guy who handovered the car to us claimed it is an old damage then the issue solved there. Later, after the final closure of the booking i got the message of no outstanding ammount to be paid, later on after couple of hours i have opend the zoomcar app now that fleet guy added me the damaged charges, here we havent damaged a single scratch they are stating that we have damaged the vehicle and they are confirming with the dust comming from the bumper but that is stored there beaucse the vehicle is traveled on road there is a construction work going on. The later we contact cs team they are claiming that the damage is made by us, the cs supervisor is trusting the fleet people than customers that shows their service. We stated them that we are not going to pay a single penny at all, i have contacted my lawyer to fine them 10l indian rupees for wasting my time and breaking the trust.
