Its a break down not an accident. problem with zoom car and now customer support saying no refund. i want to escalate this issue. if not resolved will go to consumer for in with all the proofs. attaching the chat after the break down. i need my money back. this is big time cheating from zoom car. i am ready to go any level f escalation not leaving you lossing my time and money..

I have all the complaint number. its been mre than 10 days. hired a car for 4 days first day itself breakdown happened with gear problem. called zoom support subimiited all the pics and surrendered. now they sayng ita an accident. no refund will.be available. i have all the proofs with me
