Zoomcar — Cheating on Zoomcar Application

I had taken Zoom Car on 07th July 2020. However Zoom car had taken Advance deposit of 1000/-. Now after returning Car in evening. I was charged for 50 Rs for extra Km which was fine. But now 950/- is still pending. Which I was supposed to get back from Zoom. Than after I called customer care. The person mentioned due to lock down it might take time. So I waited. But now.after 5 months. In my app it is showing as zero refund. How come. I dont expect this. It is completely cheating with ur customers. Than after I needed Zoom car. But I did not use. Because every time it takes 1000 Rs and it is very difficult than. Kindly request u to help on this.
