Zoomcar — Complaining about the refund

I have made a booking with Zoomcar for car rental on 26th July 2020 with booking ID JPS6NSE6H. An amount of Rs 1645 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 3rd November 2020. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for the emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company.

In the morning i got a message saying my refund has been initiated and the following day i again got a message stating that my refund amount has been added as miscellaneous charges
