I am Satish Kumar, Hyderabad recently added my vehicle to Zoomcar Host program on 22nd May'22.
the booking ID:- JPSN7897C the customer taken the car with full tank fuel and given back almost empty fuel, when i called the customer care immediately they said they will pay the amount for the loss. today they are saying that the booking got cancelled. i am really feeling stressed. they dont have proper tracking system too. the customer taken more than 24 hours and saying that he had not taken, if this guy would have done any anti social activity with my car, who takes the responsibility. even i have received a mail that this customer is extending the trip from 24th May'22 4.30 to 6.30PM. first of all i want an acknowledgement for you that JPSN7897c booking is undertaken and that guy srijan has taken the car for more than 24 hours, that also zoomcar could not provide.
other booking ID:- JPSN7HR5W the customer supposed to return the vehicle on 24th May 11.30pm but till now no clue what happened and no update from your side too.
i am really worried now, what happens to my car. please treat this as serious concern and priority.
