Zoomcar — Customer care made me take actions that led me to being blacklist

I made my first booking with Zoomcar in March 2023 using a specific mobile number. I completed the trip in accordance with Zoomcar's policies, ensuring no damage and adhering to all rules. However, in May, when I attempted to book another car using the same number, the host denied providing the car upon pickup.

I contacted customer care immediately. The representative informed me that she needed time to coordinate with the host. I expressed my concern that this last-minute cancellation would disrupt my plans if I didn't secure a car promptly. To my surprise, she suggested using a different number of my own to book another car as she was unable to resolve the issue with the denied booking.

Unfortunately, due to the ill advice from the company's customer care executive, I've been unable to book any services from Zoomcar since then. I made sure to return both cars I had booked from the company in the same condition I received them, ensuring they had even more fuel than when I received them.

I kindly request Zoomcar to investigate this matter thoroughly. I want to emphasize that I have never attempted to misuse their services or violate any of their policies.
