I booked a zoomcar( booking Id: JPS69BQF0) 26/02/2022 @8 Am. from chennai. And I trusted them I panned the day accordingly. Finaly they didn't deliver the car. They spoiled my entire day. I called customer care several times . They are holding my call too many time and got Disconnecting. Repeating the same thing for the next couple of hours.
Finally the driver calls back on 11:15 Am. Now your car delivered on your location. I need a car at 8 am that they are already agreed with. They delivered after 3 hours. They shouldn't even inform me atleast through there zoomcar app. . I told them that I don't want your car now because my entire day planning is already broken. So again I tried to connect with customer care, that was a super annoying experience. They didn't even pick my call.. After two hours, Finally they took my call, and I asked for my money. I want my money back. After 1 hour debate they are ready to give full money back (verbally) . But still I didn't got my money. After all they crushed my holliday, they deserve an effective punishment. Was this information helpful? |
