We had registered our vehicle in ZoomcarHost and the vehicle is Hyundai venue vehicle (Model 2021) and the vehicle was damaged by the customer on August 9th 2023,
We got this damage from Booking ID "#JPSNCX0VK" and is booked by velsuri sriram, it's been 9 months, and the vehicle did not get repaired, and the vehicle is damaged heavily.
And we contacted the vendors (Gadifix) Puneet is the owner of Gadi fix (m.no:[protected]) he is lagging the communication for 9 months with no action.
We even got one of the Zoom employee Venkat from Hyderabad(m.no:[protected]) No response from him.
who took the vehicle from us to get the repair but now they are not responding to us anymore.
No one is responding we wrote many mails to the zoom car support, and we didn't receive any response from them as well and we want our vehicle back and we would like to get the compensation as well as it has been 9 months.
We even raised many of the tickets with Zoom car and we didn't get the response from them ticked Id's 1886327,

This is not tolerable from consumer side we are paying of 15000Rs As EMI for this vehicle how can we keep the vehicle in garage for 9 months without any repair we could see that the vehicle is getting rusted.
We request you to help us out from this situation as soon as possible.
