Zoomcar — Delay in Delivery of Product, Change of Product Without Prior Notice, Delay in Delivery of New Vehicle

As on the 6th of February, 2022, we booked a Hyundai Creta with Zoomcar for the 12th of February, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Post the booking and the payment of the requisite amount, on the day of delivery, we were informed that the car we paid for was out of stock and would not be delivered. We tried reaching out to the customer care helpline but did not receive a reply.
The newly allotted car was a Mahindra TUV 300, and was allotted to us 30 minutes prior to the delivery time and was not delivered until 1:00 PM that afternoon. After severe harassment and ignorance, the purpose of the booking went unused.
