Zoomcar — Delay in processing refund by Zoomcar | |||||
Hello, I booked a zoomcar from Pune on 1st Nov (paid total of 4899) & as of today (Dec 22) my refund is yet to be credited in my account. I have tried emailing them thrice after I couldn't call them (even though the option is available, I'm unable to click it. I'm sure this is one of Zoomcars' tricks). Please let me know how to proceed with this. I do not mind filing a case against them in consumer court and putting all expenses on them. Thanks, Sharook Was this information helpful? | |||||
