[Resolved] Zoomcar — demanding damage charges without proper explanation | |||
Zoomcar sending recovery notice instead of giving explanation. The car was damaged while parking, and I informed to Zoomcar about this right away. But they charged me 12000, 4000x3 for each part which is not reasonable and as I checked with mechanics in ford showroom, that doesn’t cost that much . I already paid ₹7264. Also I have written to Zoomcar Helpdesk couple of times regarding the issue. But not received any response. Instead they are sending recovery notice. I requested for the liability amount after claiming insurance. Because we are paying for insurance as well during the booking. Don’t blindly mention the damage amount as 12000, instead share the repair cost bills which I should bear after claiming from insurance, I will pay. I know, that will not be more than that you have deducted already ₹7264. Kindly respond properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
