Zoomcar — Deposit Refund not returned its been more than 2 months - ID:JPS6NDVLP | |||
Hi Team, I am writing this to raise complaint against Zoomcar regarding the deposit refund fraud they are doing to customers. Booking ID with Zoom car : ID:JPS6NDVLP I had done a booking on 27th Aug and paid deposit of Rs 1499 /- and was infomed it would be returned in 30 days. Its been more than 2 months but update yet. Whenever I call they said it will processed and they have made changed to IVR we cannot speak to customer services if do not have booking. I have written emails and raised many complaints on Zoomcar mobile App as well as Zoomcar website. Requesing you to kindly help me on this.Let me know if you need any further details.
