Zoomcar — Did not get refund for car booking which was not available for ride

I booked a car on zoomcar and at the last moment car owner told me his car is garage with this condition i had to cancel the booking bcoz i have to book other car but when I went for cancel they were i cant refund amount. Before this i already called zoomcar help desk but didn't get any response. When I spoke with car owner he said he already informed to zoomcar people about his car condition but still they are showing his car in app which can be booked. Here is the car booking details - JPSNC3BG0 and car number MH12TH4893. I am just expecting refund for this car cancellation.
