I have booked Maruti Suzuki Swift Automatic for 21st December 2021. The brakes were faulty and we were only able to ride 100-200 meters from the pick-up location and stopped the vehicle as it was too risky to ride this faulty car. We have immediately reported this to customer care and asked them to send a replacement vehicle or engineer so it can be taken care of. After waiting from 10:00 am till 1:30 pm, no one has come to rescue/help us. We spoke to the customer care agent and as we were getting late, he asked us to park the car nearby and he will lock the car. He assured us that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 days. It's been 15 days approximately and I haven't got any refunds.
Moreover, we asked them to terminate the ride immediately from their side, as they haven't provided any support/engineer or mechanic who can assist us, but they ended the ride after 3-4 days. And put the status as Rs 0 refund. We have all the call recordings with us.
Please look into the issue at the earliest.
