[Resolved] Zoomcar — Did not receive the security deposit refund yet. | |||
I rented a car using Zoomcar on 15th July 2020, and a security deposit was taken at the time of booking. It has been more than 17 days till now and I still haven't received the refund of the deposit. I am owed about 2100 rupees. The car was also delivered late by an hour that day, and that unused hour is not even added in the refund. Zoomcar's customer care contact number is also not working now, and multiple emails sent to them have been in vain. The least they can do is acknowledge that message and address the problem.
