Zoomcar — Did not received refund of car booking

I had booked a car from Zoomcar and cancelled it on 30th march 2020. Its been more than 8 months now and I have not received the refund amount of Rs 11, 779. I have been trying to contact customer support but nobody answers my call. Even tried mailing them 3-4 times but customer support does not reply.

Request you to please help me in getting the refund from Zoomcar.
