Zoomcar — didn't not receive refund even after one month nor a reply for my email to support team | |
Booking id: jps6npvlf Refund amount 5822 Booked zoom car for 22 june, 2020 and there was a technical issue on their side and booking was not confirmed and received a message next day morning i received message for the booking which is automatically cancelled and refund will be processed. Since then i was waiting for a refund for a service which i happen to not use in first place because of their technical glitch. Was this information helpful? | |
