Zoomcar — Document verification pending

Hi, My document verification is still pending in the zoomcar app and my trip time has already started . Can you please check as I uploaded the correct document. Need to go for an urgent work. Please verify the documents manually or read into it. Requesting you to please send me a confirmation after updating.
